Common questions about our pricing and policies
Yes! We offer digital and physical gift certificates for any amount or specific services. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or any special occasion. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase date.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible.
We accept some insurance plans for massage therapy when prescribed by a physician. Please contact us with your insurance information and we can check your coverage. We also accept HSA/FSA payments for eligible services.
Gratuity is not included in our service prices. Typical gratuity for spa services is 15-20%, but it's always at your discretion. You can add gratuity when booking online or pay directly to your therapist.
Only one promotion or discount can be applied per visit. Our membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. However, gift certificates can be used with membership pricing for maximum savings.
